Green to yellow-green or brownish-yellow volatile essential oil with a fresh, sweet and bergamot fruity aroma with a bitter taste. Miscible in ethanol and glacial acetic acid, soluble in most non-volatile oils, but insoluble in glycerol, water and propylene glycol. Mainly used for hard candy and beverages.
