use

This product is natural rubber; diene synthetic rubber; general-purpose anti-aging agent for neoprene and base latex. It has good protection against heat, oxygen, flexion and general aging, and is slightly better than anti-aging agent A. It has inhibitory effect on harmful metals, but it is weaker than anti-aging agent A. If used together with anti-aging agent 4010 or 4010NA, heat resistance; oxygen; flex cracking, and ozone resistance are significantly improved. This product has no effect on the vulcanization speed of natural rubber; nitrile rubber; styrene butadiene rubber, but a slight delay on chloroprene rubber. This product is easy to decompose in dry glue, and it is also easy to disperse in water. The solubility of this product in rubber is about 1.5%, and the amount of no more than 1 part will not cause frost. The product is polluting, and it changes to gray-black under sunlight, so it is not suitable for white or light-colored products. Mainly used for manufacturing tires; hoses; tape; rubber rollers; rubber shoes; wire and cable insulation and other industrial products. Anti-aging agent D can also be used as a stabilizer for various synthetic rubber after-treatment and storage, and can be used as a heat-resistant anti-aging agent for polyoxymethylene. This product is irritating to the skin.

Note: This product is a polluting anti-aging agent. Rubber products are seriously discolored when exposed to light. They can only be used for dark rubber products, not for light-colored rubber products. It can delay vulcanization of neoprene.
