application

1. Silane coupling agent kh-560 enhances the electrical properties of epoxy resin based electronic sealants and packaging materials and printed circuit boards, and improves the adhesion between the resin and the matrix or filler.

2. Silane coupling agent KH-560 can enhance the electrical properties of many inorganic-filled nylon and polybutylene terephthalate composite materials. It is effective for a wide range of fillers and substrates, such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or metals such as aluminum, copper and iron. Including: epoxy sealant filled with quartz, pre-mixed formula, epoxy concrete repair material or coating filled with sand, and epoxy resin material for molding tools and metal filling.
