Role and use

This product is an aminoglycoside broad-spectrum antibiotic with similar antibacterial spectrum to neomycin. It is mainly used for serious infections caused by gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes and Shigella. It is also good for drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus Antibacterial effect. Clinically, it is mainly used for lung infections, urinary tract infections, biliary tract infections, sepsis and abdominal cavity infections caused by sensitive bacteria. The latter two are often used in combination with other antibacterial drugs. It can also be used for Staphylococcus aureus infections that are resistant to other antibiotics and sensitive to this product. For the treatment of tuberculosis, this product can be used as a second-line drug.
