Use

Tranexamic acid is a synthetic derivative of lysine. It is an antifibrinolytic drug with hemostatic properties. Tranexamic acid can strongly adsorb lysine binding site (LBS) of fibrinogen and fibrinolysin affinity site of fibrinolysin, and inhibit the binding of fibrinolysin and fibrinolysin, so as to strongly inhibit the fibrinolysis caused by fibrinolysin; in addition, in the blood serum, macroglobulin and other anti fibrinolytic enzymes. It can be used for various bleeding diseases, abnormal bleeding during operation and other hemostatic drugs, and has significant effect on traumatic bleeding.
